Are you a mission-driven fundraiser with serious strategy chops? We’re helping a nonprofit partner find their next Director of Fundraising — someone who can grow donor relationships, lead fundraising efforts, and write killer grant proposals.
What you’ll do:
- Build and grow a donor pipeline (individuals, sponsors, foundations)
- Plan and lead fundraising campaigns and events
- Write compelling grant applications and donor communications
- Keep the donor CRM updated and organized
- Work with the creative team on materials and messaging
- Track fundraising performance and set new goals
- Stay current with nonprofit fundraising trends
Who you are:
- Passionate about social impact and nonprofit missions
- Bachelor’s degree required; science/healthcare background is a plus
- 5 years of fundraising or nonprofit development experience
- Great with people, presentations, and persuasive writing
- Organized, tech-savvy, and self-motivated
- You can work solo but love collaborating, too
Bonus points if you have:
- A successful track record in grant writing
- Sponsorship or major donor experience
- A solid donor network or nonprofit connections
