A day in the life will include :
- Lead Generation : Identify and target potential clients in the clean energy and climate sectors who are looking to hire.
- Client Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers with hiring authority.
- Sales : Manage the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals and negotiating contracts.
- Job Orders : Collaborate with internal teams to secure job orders for climate, climate / tech and clean energy hiring needs.
- Market Awareness : Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to position the company as a leader.
- Communication : We will provide you with all the tools you need, to include our customized ATS (Crelate), a paid LinkedIn account and the suite of Office365 tools. We expect you'll use these tools, including phone communication to work effectively within our distributed team dynamic.
