Who we are looking for

We are seeking an exceptional sales associate to join our team! Experience, knowledge and a passion for tennis, golf, pickleball, or any other racquet sport is a must! As a Sales Associate you will provide outstanding customer service and demonstrate superior product knowledge to our customers. (Don’t worry you don’t have to know everything...we provide training). You must be able to create a shopping experience that makes a customer feel welcome and comfortable shopping in the store as well as assist with the upkeep of merchandising and stocking the floor with new products and backfills. Must be able to be on your feet for extended periods of time (totally ok to wear comfortable shoes) and comfortable working a computer (cashiering).

Part-time or Seasonal sales associates wanted for our Tennis Department. Need a sweet job just for the summer...that works too! Must be 16 years or older.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• You're a people person! Whether you can assist on your own or need to direct the customer to a different sales associate, you help the customer find exactly what they need
• You're passionate about Tennis. Guests come to you to educate them on product details and you are excited to make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• You can hang! Your skillset rocks no matter what zone you're in and you can easily flex between the Sales Floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver! Making your customers day is your priority and you’re able to proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• You're a team player - #teamwork! You're always willing to assist your team in #gettingthejobdone.
• You've got integrity! You do the right thing and you always adhere to T&G’s companies policies and procedures.
