Flooring Estimator/ Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Flooring Estimator/ Project Manager. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish while also handling the estimating process for your assigned projects. We specialize in resilient flooring but also work with tile, so knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Estimate project costs using Measure Square software, accounting for labor, materials, and other relevant factors.
• Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather accurate data for estimation and project management.
• Manage multiple projects from initial bid to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
• Review architectural plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accuracy in cost estimation and material needs.
• Collaborate closely with clients, providing clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices related to resilient and tile flooring installations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Flooring Estimator.
• Proficiency in Measure Square or similar estimation software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate well with clients and internal teams.
• Attention to detail, particularly when reviewing plans and preparing estimates.
