Responsibilities:
· Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department.
· Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
· Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and organized.
· Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
· Maintain and organize office records, files, and documents.
· Support various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, correspondence, and report preparation.
· Assist in coordinating company events and office meetings.
· Act as a point of contact for office maintenance, ensuring facilities are in good working order.
· Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-3 years in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
· Professional and friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
