STATUS: Non-Exempt, Full-time Seasonal
SALARY RANGE: $19.00 per hour built-in-gratuities

POSITION SUMMARY
To provide maximum levels of personalized service, shuttle transportation, luggage handling and storage, and other designated services in accordance with the goals, standards and mission of Timbers Club.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently execute member transportation through team lead anticipation and scheduled planning, written and verbal communication, and selfless dedication to service.
- Identify and document all member requests and expectations in a timely manner.
- Assist with member arrivals including luggage delivery, owner storage, and touring members through the club and their individual residences.
- Provide member and guest orientation as detailed in daily job duties and with personalization to ensure the experience is positive for you and the member.
- Execute maintenance and housekeeping requirements in absence of Maintenance and Houskeeping Department representative(s).
- Responsible for delivery of member mail, parcels, newspapers, dry cleaning, and amenities as requested.
- Answer all incoming phone calls in accordance with Timbers Club telephone standards of service.
- Keep vans clean and well maintained at all times, with sufficient gas, oil, and window washer fluid.
- Daily responsibilities:
- Complete daily checklist according to schedule.
- Complete all Club Assistant requests.
- Deliver guest dry cleaning, mail, and newspapers.
- Maintain the cleanliness of all Club areas including:
- Vans
- Office entry way and walkways
- Lobby
- Locker Rooms
- Pool Decks
- Club assistant desk and area
- Other designated areas
- Sign keys and radios in and out with the Front Desk.
- Early morning and late / night snow removal in the winter.
- Must maintain a neat, clean and friendly appearance wearing a clean and neat uniform including proper footwear, a belt, and nametag.
- Know and follow parking and driving regulations in town and at the airport; pay own traffic tickets.
- Report any damage to vehicles and Club property immediately
- File police reports in all accidents
- Inform Front Desk of location on a timely basis and continually communicate your location with the Front Desk at all times.
- Employ safe lifting procedures at all times.
- Continually monitor all work areas for safety and sanitation. Correct any dangerous situation that may present itself. Initiate action and follow through until the situation is rectified.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to be checked through insurance; CDL is not required.
- 18 years of age to be a covered driver through insurance.
- Effectively communicate both verbally and written in English, with all levels of members, guests, and staff in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner. Bilingual a plus.
- Available to work flexible schedule, including nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays based on Timbers Club occupancy and needs.
- Service Industry Background preferred.
- Ability to take and follow directions.
- Willingness to help.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism are mandatory while performing all duties and in contact with members, guests, and staff.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to climb stairs, bend over, reach and stretch to load heavy luggage on to bell carts and into vehicles, including bicycles onto bike racks on vehicles.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds.
- Push, pull bell carts and use hand trucks to move rolling wardrobes.
- Driving Timbers Club vehicles in varying weather conditions including snow, ice and rain.
- Regularly work outdoors with adverse conditions with exposure to outdoor elements or a combination of both indoors and outdoors and may be required to walk on slippery and uneven surfaces.
- Mobility within the town of Snowmass Village and the City of Aspen and the entire Timbers Club property.
