As a Global Logistics Program Manager at The TJX Companies, Inc., you will oversee the Vendor Centric price ticket program for North American, Digital, and Australian divisions.
Your responsibilities include managing strategies and operations with all providers and key stakeholders.
Key Objectives:
• Ensure timely vendor onboarding, user ease, and customer support
• Drive team performance to achieve departmental and provider KPIs and metrics
• Strategically assess active providers for optimal cost, time, and program compliance
• Lead the RFI/RFP process with GS & P, evaluating potential and existing providers
• Collaborate with Vendor Compliance to address issues holistically
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners
• Develop and implement training programs to ensure user knowledge and accuracy
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• 4-7 years' experience in EDI, Supply Chain, Program Management
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Experience leading and developing teams
• Understanding of EDI / Supply Chain KPIs
What We Offer:
This position is eligible for an annual incentive as well as long-term incentives.
The starting salary range is $90,200 to $115,200 per year, with actual pay determined by relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
