Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Your ability to engage with guests and deliver top-notch service will be key to your success in this role.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent guest services by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.
• Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels of beverages and supplies.
• Uphold all health and safety regulations while serving food and drinks.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage preparation techniques.
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality and customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $2.13 - $8.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
