What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Lab Technician 2nd/3rd shift position at The Ultra-met Company?
Do you have experience with Mechanical Inspection tools?(Micrometers/Calipers/Height Gauges)
Ultra-met is looking for Quality Inspectors who can work 2nd or 3rd shift!
Experience with equipment such as a Keyence, CMM, Optical Comparator, or Stereo-Microscope is a plus.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player on a growing team that is striving to provide high-quality products to our diverse customer base.
Your duties will include the following:
- Utilizing measurement tools to validate physical properties and confirm dimensional features are within tolerance.
- Using microscopes to visually inspect parts for defects.
- Identifying and quarantining parts for further evaluation.
- Receiving instruction on operating Optical Comparator/CMM/Keyence measuring devices.
- Ongoing training to develop skills and abilities for future growth.
