Additional Position Information :
Required Qualifications : Requires 18 months of education or training beyond high school. Requires a minimum of 2 years professional experience in an office environment. Favorable preference given to prior experience in a research-oriented unit. Working knowledge of computer software, including MS365 suite of products, especially Excel, SharePoint, Outlook. Ability to work efficiently in a deadline driven environment required. Familiarity with Cayuse and Workday applications preferred.
Preferred Qualification (optional) : Preferred post-secondary degree, Associates and / or Bachelor's degree.
Physical Requirements : Job is physically comfortable. Individual is normally seated and has discretion about walking, standing, etc. May occasionally lift very lightweight objects.
Working Conditions : No major sources of working conditions causing discomfort are known. Standard working environment with possible minor inconveniences due to occasional noise, crowded working conditions, minor heating / cooling or ventilation problems, and / or up to 80% use of PC terminal.
