Summary
The Property Manager is responsible for external contract services and lease requirements in support of administrative and outpatient satellite facilities owned or leased by the UVM Health Network hospitals. Provides oversight of contract services to ensure services are delivered in accordance with UVM Health Network Environment of Care quality standards and specifications. Provides coordination of contracted services including environmental services, waste management, and external resources for building and grounds maintenance, as applicable. Responsible for establishing new Satellite contract operations and assists project managers and facilities operations in new site activation. Maintains the satellite service directory defining vendor/Tenant/Landlord accountabilities. Acts as principal customer contact ensuring contracted services are delivered in accordance with the contract specifications. Contributes to development of operating budgets for revenue and expenses and manages the budget for contracted services on an ongoing basis.
Education
Associates degree in related real estate, hospitality, or business fields; or minimum of five years relevant work experience. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
2-5 years of experience in a maintenance, trade or office environment. Demonstrated superb customer service ability. Previous experience in areas of property management services, hospitality, environmental services, and/or document control preferred.
