Job Description:
THE UPS STORE EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
The role of the Store Manager is to be the face of the store for the management team and to coordinate all aspects of store operations. The manager will be responsible for maintaining a clean and inviting environment for customers and staff, while ensuring sales goals are met and quality standards are maintained. The manager will also be responsible for merchandising and inventory management. Must have strong leadership skills and customer service experience. The UPS Store experience manager position needed.
Requirements:
·Minimum 2 years experience in retail management or supervisory role (Preferred)
·Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
·Strong organizational skills and follow through skills
·Able to manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
·Experience with CRM software a plus
·Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
·Store opening/closing shifts as needed with flexibility to work additional hours as needed (40 hours per week minimum)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
