You’ll be responsible for evaluating clients’ bikes for service, helping maintain a fleet of high-performance full suspension mountain bikes, managing the Service Department schedule, completing bicycle repairs, and proudly representing the brand in the Boulder community.

You’ll be responsible for evaluating clients’ bikes for service, helping maintain a fleet of high-performance full suspension mountain bikes, managing the Service Department schedule, completing bicycle repairs, and proudly representing the brand in the Boulder community.
What you’ll do:
Provide Stellar Customer Service
- Greet and interact with our awesome customers to determine their needs and deliver a high degree of customer service. Evaluate and schedule necessary repairs and expedite the resolution of customers’ concerns. Be an Advisor
- Consult with customers and make appropriate recommendations based on your comprehensive technical knowledge. Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care, and maintenance of bikes and serve as the Service Department Lead for warranty claims.
- Build new bikes and complete repairs on all types of bicycles, with a special focus on high-end full suspension mountain and gravel bikes. Maintain detailed work orders and service records and execute timely and thoughtful follow-up with all service customers.
- Collaborate with Service, Marketing, and Inventory Managers and the Owner to help achieve targeted Service Department profitability and timely inventory turnover. Contribute to our outstanding company culture and promote camaraderie among your team members.
- Maintain your expert product knowledge and remain at the forefront of trending technology. Engage in technical training, professional development, and research to help keep at the top of our field. And - of course - spend regular time on your bike!
- 3 years as a bicycle mechanic for a retail shop, manufacturer, or bike team.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Mountain biking experience (Gravel/Road/Adventure cycling a bonus!)
- Comfortable presenting solutions to customers using a consultative sales approach.
- Basic computer, social media, and business administration skills.

- Salary Range: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
