Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or 2 years of sales experience Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Well respected and ability to gain trust from others Ability to manage multiple tasks Organized and proactive Fluency in Spanish or willingness to take classes Sales Training (preferred) Reside south of Interstate 10 in the Greater Houston Area (preferred) Must possess reliable transportation Duties & Responsibilities
TEAM BEHAVIORS :
Oversee the maintenance and operation of all sales-related equipment. Build friendship and confidence with sales team and company Ensure high level of customer satisfaction sales system Participate in sales team meeting, “team pulse” and “wheel of life” MANAGER OF SELF :
