We focus on building an immersive speakeasy experience with world-class entertainment and taste. The right candidate will help organize and maintain the high standards of the Venetian Soda Lounge.
We are looking for someone with previous food and beverage experience.
Skills and knowledge
- Food & beverage experience
- Good communication with staff, guests, and owners
- Guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of beverage operations
- Knowledge of food prep and bussing tables
- Vermont DLC 1st class server certified (or will become prior to start)
- Must have the ability to read and speak English to guests and staff
- Work in a face paced environment
Responsibilities and Duties
- Supporting bartenders by keeping stock filled and tools cleaned
- Deliver food and drinks to customers
- Assisting guests with any needs or issues
- Stocking and prepping food, beverages, and soda syrups for service
- Check ID's
- Taking orders
- Preparing sodas & floats
- Serving ice cream
- Preparing basic foods
- Waste maintenance
- Bussing tables
- Dishes
- Prepping garnishes
- Keeping the bar stocked with beer, liquor, napkins, food, and straws
- Refilling ice wells
- Clean up spills
- Keep tables and bar clean
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
- Meeting health regulations
- Waste management
- Weekend availability is required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $14.44 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 24 per week
