Job Description:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team in Sugar Land, TX. The ideal candidate will be well-organized, proactive, and have a “get-it-done” personality. You will play a key role in supporting daily operations by managing files, handling communications, organizing tasks, and assisting with various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files
- Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, and reminders
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
- Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
- Work closely with leadership to streamline operations
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and basic computer functions
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
- Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable
- Comfortable working in a flexible and fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English another language) is a plus
- Must live close to Sugar Land, TX
