Job Description:
We’re seeking a calm, pleasant, and self-motivated individual to assist our Marketing Director in welcoming new residents and streamlining their move-in process. This role is all about building relationships, driving interest, and ensuring a seamless transition into our community. Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls and nurture leads through phone calls, emails, and texts to spark interest in our community.
- Schedule and bring prospective residents and families for tours, showcasing the warmth and care of The Village.
- Assist the Marketing Director with move-in paperwork and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Prepare Assisted Living (AL) apartments for move-ins, ensuring they’re ready and welcoming.
- Greet new residents and their families, making the move-in process smooth and memorable.
- Support public relations efforts and help in other areas as needed, contributing to our team’s success.
Qualifications:
- Calm, organized, and self-starting with a pleasant demeanor and strong communication skills.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (assisted living knowledge is a plus!).
- Comfortable with cold calling, lead nurturing, and working with people in person and remotely.
- Team player eager to assist wherever needed in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for helping seniors and their families transition to a new chapter.
