As a receptionist at our facility, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their beloved pets. You will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, scheduling appointments, managing inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and retail area.
Responsibilities :
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls and emails, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule grooming appointments and daycare sessions using our booking system
- Maintain accurate records of client information, appointments, and payments
- Assist clients with retail purchases, providing product recommendations and answering questions about our products
- Keep the reception area and retail store clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Collaborate with groomers, daycare staff, and management to ensure efficient and effective communication and operations
- Handle any customer concerns or issues with empathy and professionalism, striving to exceed client expectations
- Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
