The Vision Centers are GROWING again and we are looking to hire full-time Treatment Coordinators to join our Summerlin location! Do you have what it takes to be our next Treatment Coordinator? If so, we want to hear from you!
We are a full-service optical center with the knowledge, skills, and expertise needed to help our patients in Las Vegas look and feel their best.
Our ideal candidate would have previous experience with:
- Scheduling patient visits and answer pre-visit questions
- Scheduling outpatient appointments
- Perform analytical and data entry tasks
- Answering patient calls, emails and questions
- Confidently manage patient accounts
- Ability to push through repetitive tasks including a lot of time spent on the phone

Pay: $17 - $19 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Saturday (8 a.m. - 1 p.m.)are required for all staff
- Closed on major holidays
Experience:
- Customer service: 2 year (Preferred)
- Optical/ Ophthalmology: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
