Primary focus will be project pay applications and billings including job set-up and updates, lien waivers management, contract management, and change orders. The ideal Project Accountant candidate will possess at least two years of construction accounting experience and solid computer skills. This employee will be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently as well as with others in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-year degree or equivalent experience
- Construction accounting experience a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail
- Problem solving ability
