We are looking for a Help Desk Support Specialist who will provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. This position will answer questions on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve those issues for all internal customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Responding to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- Diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues
- Researching questions using available information resources
- Advising users on appropriate action
- Following standard help desk procedures
- Logging all help desk interactions
- Administering help desk software
- Following up with customers and users to ensure complete resolution of issues
Schedule:
This position is located in our Cleves, Ohio office and the hours for this position will be 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.

Requirements
- Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
- Good understanding of computer systems, LAN/WAN, mobile devices and other tech products
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- Two (2) years’ experience or two (2) or four (4) year degree or IT related certifications (A /Sec ) or some combination of the above.
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a background check and drug screening.
Salary : $22 - $27
