As the Resort Sales Manager at The Wave at Marblehead, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic team in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for our luxury waterfront resort.
**Job Overview:**
The Resort Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. You will lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and motivation to ensure success. You will also collaborate with marketing and operations teams to drive lead generation and conversion.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive performance
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
