Your Role:
We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented Account Executive for The Well’s Media Team. This role is responsible for acting as the primary contact for agency clients, including Rubrik, ePlus, World Wide Technology, and other B2B clients. Your focus will be leading and managing the day-to-day operations of clients while assisting in growing the Account Team practice and new business.

Responsibilities:
- Creative Management
- Manage creative development process internally and externally
- Client liaison responsible for gaining approvals and revisions to creative
- Work with The Well creative teams to communicate the project, provide all necessary information, and encourage a strong creative product
- Deliver creative product on time and on-budget
- Manage client expectations, budgets, and deadlines
- Production Management
- Oversee all vendor partnerships, such as editing houses, web developers, and photographers

- Build strong client relationships
- Help develop business-building strategies and ideas
- Become immersed in the client’s business

Qualification:
- 2 years experience as an account executive focusing on client relations
- Ability to work independently in a small, entrepreneurial environment where self-initiative and innovation is encouraged and rewarded
- Expertise in building strong client relationships while earning their confidence and respect
- Proficient in guiding busy clients to the right solutions, and ensuring they stay on the defined path
- Advanced organizational skills that allow for managing the details of multiple projects
- Strong leadership skills, focused on the ability to energize both client and team members through the creative process
- A can-do, optimistic attitude
Agency Benefits:
- The Well Advertising, Inc. does not currently offer corporate healthcare insurance but will pay a stipend to cover the individual purchase of health insurance

- Any new business leads provided to The Well will be compensated with a New Business Commission at 5% of gross revenue, less out-of-pocket media fees
