Duties
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly welcome.
- Manage appointments including scheduling, rescheduling & performing intake of consignment items.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are well-stocked and accessible.
- Handle customer requests and complaints promptly, providing solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
- Utilize Shopify for appointment scheduling.
- Assist with office management tasks as needed, including filing and organizing documents.
