Provides technical support for our ERP software and other business systems applications. Analyze and assist with new process and/or software improvements. Work closely with our application group to assist with project implementations within our ERP system.

- Learn functionality of ERP system, as well as Whiting-Turner business processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries
- Analyze and assist with implementing new enhancements and functionality to our ERP software
- Communicate updates, changes and issues internally within our application group
- Other duties as assigned
