JOB DESCRIPTION :
Provides technical support for our ERP software and other business systems applications. Analyze and assist with new process and / or software improvements. Work closely with our application group to assist with project implementations within our ERP system.
Responsibilities :
Learn functionality of ERP system, as well as Whiting-Turner business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve employee inquiries
Analyze and assist with implementing new enhancements and functionality to our ERP software
Communicate updates, changes and issues internally within our application group
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experienced in MS O365, specifically Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to effectively multi-task
Focus on quality and attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to review, test and document programming fixes and enhancements
Understanding of ERP application and functional requirements
Required Experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
