Position Overview:
At The Wildbirch Hotel, our Senior Human Resources (HR) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the entire People & Culture department and ensuring smooth operations. Their responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, payroll & benefits administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. They also handle clerical tasks, answer employee inquiries, and help with training and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities of an HR Coordinator:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, managing applications, and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to succeed.

Payroll processing & Benefits Administration:
- Key lead on entire payroll processing and administration.
- Administer health, welfare, and benefit plans, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related questions.

Employee Records and Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including I-9 verification and record-keeping.
- Update HR systems and databases with employee information.

Training and Development:
- Assist with the planning and execution of training programs and events.
- Support the development of training materials and resources.

Clerical and Administrative Tasks:
- Supporting the finance Team on administration filings/recordings/bookings.
- Answer employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related matters.
- Schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and perform other clerical duties.

Compliance and Audits:
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Assist with HR audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement.
