Who our client is:
A leading global manufacturer for the beauty industry. Their century of industry expertise, expansive product portfolio, and 12 strategically located manufacturing facilities across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia allow us to deliver unparalleled end-to-end solutions on a global scale. Together we a searching for a Senior Corporate Accountant - Consolidations - to join their team on-site at their Saddle Brook, NJ location. HYBRID SCHEDULE 3 days in the office- 2 days working from home.
Requirements:
- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities, including the preparation of the management report and accompanying schedules.
- Prepare and review Group and other legal entity financial statements managed by the Corporate Finance team to ensure transactions and consolidations are properly reflected and per U.S. GAAP.
- Ability to properly review overseas entities and understand the differences between statutory financials and financials reported to corporate, and coordinate with corporate tax to ensure these differences are properly accounted for in the tax provision/filings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent from an accredited university required.
- Consolidation & reporting experience required.
- Big four or leading public accounting background preferred.
- 4- 6 years of work experience.
- CPA preferred.
Compensation: $90k-$105k based on experience.
