Summary
As a Maintenance Worker, you will be essential in assisting with the smooth operation and upkeep of facilities. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, core responsibilities include troubleshooting & performing maintenance tasks throughout the property and in guest units. Mechanical knowledge and experience with facilities maintenance will be helpful in maintaining unit and property equipment and systems. Additionally, skills in electrical work, landscaping and building trades, along with relevant experience in customer service, will enhance our team's efficiency and effectiveness. Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, landscaping and repairs around facility. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly & property is well-maintained.
- Utilize knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Interact with guests/members on a regular basis with respect & professionalism.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
