Relationship Management:

Cultivate strong relationships with existing channel partner through regular communication, support, and addressing concerns. 

Sales Strategy Development:

Develop and execute channel sales strategies, including sales targets, marketing plans, and incentive programs to maximize partner performance. 

Partner Training and Enablement:

Provide ongoing training and support to channel partner on product knowledge, sales processes, and marketing materials to ensure effective selling. 

Performance Monitoring and Analysis:

Track channel sales performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to optimize channel strategy. 

Internal Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams like sales, marketing, and product development to align channel strategies with overall business objectives. 

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in channel management or sales
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders
