What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN Charge Nurse 2-10PM position at The Wolfe Living Center?
Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility seeking an LPN Charge Nurse (License Practical Nurse) with STRONG leadership and organizational skills. We are a small, privately owned long term care facility in Harrah, Ok. We are licensed for 48 beds and have a 5 star rating.
Evening Shift: Monday – Friday 2:00 PM-10:00 PM
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
- Utilize electronic medical record system (Point Click Care) for documentation and communication
- Recognize changes in condition of our residents and respond appropriately.
- Inform physicians of any changes in resident progress, condition or medicinal needs.
- Supervise Nursing Aides and Medication Aides as they complete their assigned tasks and offer help where needed.
- Admitting new residents.
- Performing treatments.
Qualifications:
- Current Oklahoma LPN License in good standing
- Familiar with Point Click Care Program
- Long Term/Skilled Nursing Experience
- Well-organized

- Strong-professional leader to lead your team

Pay: From $30.00 per hour
