We have a RARE opening for an LPN Charge Nurse (License Practical Nurse) on our Double Weekend position! This position includes **Baylor Pay**

This double weekend position is Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am – 10:00pm
It works great for families with children in school and daycare!
Wolfe Living Center is a small 48 bed Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility that is located is a quiet & safe country side retirement community in Harrah.
We are off of NE 63rd Street just 1/2 mile west of Luther Road.
A current Oklahoma LPN license in good standing is a MUST
We are looking for a well-organized, strong-professional leader & caring Nurse to lead our team! Our #1 priority is the safety, security and wellness for our much loved Residents.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and health status
- Utilize electronic medical record system (Point Click Care) for documentation and communication
- Recognize changes in condition of our residents and respond appropriately.
- Inform physicians of any changes in resident progress, condition or medicinal needs.
- Supervise Nursing Aides and Medication Aides as they complete their assigned tasks and offer help where needed.
- Admitting new residents.
- Performing treatments.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with Point Click Care computer program for charting.
- Long Term/Skilled Nursing experience
- Upbeat & caring attitude
