We manage over 2,100 units across the state and are continually looking to expand our services across Pennsylvania. Position Summary:
A successful applicant for this position will be reliable, honest, focused, detail-oriented, and have a strong work ethic. Must work well with others, and work without constant supervision. Perform duties as assigned by Controller. Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software, Microsoft Office, general ledger practices, on-line banking and able to learn new accounting software programs as necessary. Must have the ability to use the computer, calculator, copier, scanner, printer, and other standard office equipment.
This applicant must also demonstrate knowledge and skill needed to perform bank reconciliations to include the effects as it relates to accounts payable with focus on accounts receivable which includes familiarity of collections, accounting policies and procedures; organize, review, research, and assemble documents for data entry, maintain records efficiently, filing, typing, sorting statements, formulate email, and communicate effectively and professionally.
Must have own transportation, possess valid Pennsylvania driver's license. Hourly rate based on experience.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software
- Valid PA driver's license.
- Must have the ability to pass both a background check and drug screening.
- Detail-oriented; and must have the ability to work independently.
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate with other team members.
