The client is seeking a Corporate Environmental Supervisor with strong regulatory compliance expertise in a heavy manufacturing environment, particularly in industries such as metals, automotive, or steel. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in air permitting and reporting (Title V, major source air compliance) and be capable of leading plants through the permitting process.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

Air Compliance & Permitting:

• Major air source reporting, including Title V permitting.
• Leading plants through air permitting processes.
• Conducting compliance testing, including RATA testing (glass, paints, kilns, dryers).
  
  

Environmental Reporting & Compliance

• Managing EPCRA TRI and Tier II reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with solid and hazardous waste regulations at the state and federal levels.
• Handling DMR water submittals (monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting).
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Industry Background: Experience in heavy manufacturing (preferably metals, automotive, or steel).
• Leadership Role: Senior-level environmental leader overseeing multiple business segments.
• Location & Travel: Local candidates preferred (within 30 minutes northwest of downtown Nashville).
• Must be able to travel up to 50% across the U.S.
• Hybrid Work Model:
• When not traveling, the role offers three days in the office and two remote workdays.
• Reports to: VP of Environmental.
