Summary :
The Financial Analyst, Senior contributes to the overall financial performance of ThedaCare by demonstrating extensive industry and technical knowledge and providing analytical support to evaluate current and future business strategies and outcomes to operational and financial leaders. Compiles, analyzes, produces, and interprets information for the benefit of management and financial leaders. Serves as a liaison between the corporate office and operating facilities to timely translate analysis into actionable insights to drive value capture. Is responsible for management reporting, labor and productivity management, capital planning, and annual budgeting.
