Job description
- Check and respond to emails
- Check inventory & prepare orders for shipping
- Maintain log of inbound shipments
- Distribute mail/packages to appropriate parties
- Prepare packages for mailing
- Prepare shipping labels for outbound shipments (UPS/Fed Ex/USPS)
- Various other tasks as needed
Requirements
- MUST have strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Good computer knowledge (Outlook, Google Excel/Sheets, Microsoft Word)
- Must be comfortable answering phones & emails daily
- Must be able to deal with clients in a courteous and clear manner
- Previous clerical experience working in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred but not required
