Compliance Associate

Summary:

Theory Wellness operates state of the art cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and dispensing facilities in the US. We are seeking a Compliance Associate to assist with our operations. The perfect candidate for this position will be very detail oriented, organized, and passionate about working in the cannabis industry.

Responsibilities will include:

• Develop an understanding of and follow all state mandated regulations and Theory Wellness Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Become an expert in our inventory control tracking software Dutchie, Metrc, and any other required software
• Become an expert in our testing management systems including both Google sheets and Google forms
• Assist with compliance and wholesale support for the logistics department including all aspects of processing incoming and outgoing orders
• Work with compliance management to assess and improve the compliance and efficiency of order processing
• Assist with inventory control systems and audits, including investigations and reporting
• Ensure data synchronization across multiple systems and platforms
• Any other relevant tasks that may be assigned by supervisors

• Strong analytical skills
• Generalized computer skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work under pressure & manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• High-energy, enthusiasm and the willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
• At least 21 years of age.
• No drug related felony; ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
