Therapy Tree is in need of a Part Time Virtual Assistant Scheduler to join our team! Join a team of highly qualified and passionate individuals that seek to make a meaningful and lasting impact in the lives of children.
Hours: Part Time under 30 hrs a week
Flexible on day and time
Qualifications/ Responsibilities
- Checking patient in on computer (if not done thru ipad)
- Getting copies of Insur. card/ID/etc.
- Take photo of child
- Taking payments
- Adding Credit cards on file
- Schedule recurring appts
- Schedule PRN appts
- Scan and upload intake notes
- Add to waitlist, if needed
- Sending billing messages about pt. Insurance/monies questions
- Print any requests from patients (eval, notes)
- Creating school notes for clients
- Uploading Dr. notes from patients (when brought into clinic)
- Sanitize Lobby
- Checking in multiple evals
- Checking out multiple evals
- Multiple patients asking for schedule changes
- Translating
- Collecting copays from pts. with no CC on file
- Parents have questions about balances
- Helping parents fill out PW (especially with bilingual families)
- Sending referral request to PCP
- Uploading CELF 5 & CELF P3
