Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound procedures in a professional and accurate manner. This role requires excellent technical skills and knowledge of sonography equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform echocardiograms and vascular ultrasound procedures on patients
- Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate measurements for diagnostic purposes
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare providers to interpret and report findings
- Maintain patient records and adhere to established protocols and procedures
- Keep equipment clean and well-maintained for optimal performance
- Stay current on developments in cardiovascular sonography and attend continuing education opportunities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Cardiovascular Sonography or related field
- Certification in both echo and vascular ultrasound
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiovascular sonography
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
