Job Title: Cardiovascular Sonographer (Echo and Vascular)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cardiovascular Sonographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions. The Cardiovascular Sonographer will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate and timely imaging services.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Perform echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds on patients
- Prepare and maintain imaging equipment
- Assist physicians in interpreting imaging results
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
- Provide excellent patient care and comfort during imaging procedures
Qualifications and Skills:
- Certification in Cardiovascular Sonography (RDCS or RCS)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performing echocardiograms and vascular ultrasounds
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy and physiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
