Job Description
As a Molding Process Tech you will have the opportunity to : work with Engineering and Operations teams in assisting, leading, and supporting OEE improvement projects focused on safety, availability, performance, and quality.
Help implement capital improvement projects and actively participate in the development of Lean and Six Sigma processes.
Qualifications
- High School Graduate or GED
- Ability to obtain Fork Lift License
- Ability to be certified in all LOTO procedures for respective area
- Ability to be certified in all jobs of respective area
- 2 / yrs Previous Technical Processing Experience (Compression Molding Preferred)
- 3 / years of practical manufacturing experience and process improvement efforts.
- Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Ergonomics
- Practical understanding / use of statistical analytical tools
- Project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage timelines and lead CI teams
- Ability to lead / work in a cross functional team environment.
- Strong ability to drive change and continuously improvement.
- Manage ambiguity while working through stressful situations
- Positive attitude and a willingness to work with others
- Experience in Mini Tab
- Technical Processing Experience Compression Molding
