THE JOB
As the Head of Digital Innovation, you will redefine the future of creativity and technology at Thesis. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
Define and execute a comprehensive digital innovation strategy aligned with Thesis’ business goals.
Cultivate a culture of creative thinking, calculated risk-taking, and disruptive ideas.
Drive the development of AI, AR, immersive experiences, and next-gen digital products.
Partner with creative, strategy, and client teams to translate bold ideas into actionable solutions.
Lead the conceptualization and execution of digital ecosystems, experiential marketing, and transformative activations.
Mentor and lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results and foster growth.
Establish processes for rapid prototyping, experimentation, and testing to validate ideas.
Build strategic partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and research institutions.
Oversee the integration of emerging technologies into client-facing and internal initiatives.
Define and track KPIs to measure the success of innovation projects and digital investments.
Stay ahead of industry trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Manage budgets and allocate resources to maximize the impact of innovation efforts.
AS FOR EXPERIENCE, YOU NEED:
10 years in digital innovation, product development, or experience design, ideally within a creative or technology-driven environment.
Proven success in leading digital transformation initiatives and integrating emerging technologies into business strategies.
Expertise in AI, AR, web technologies, mobile app development, interactive experiences, and data-driven marketing.
Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and mentoring talent.
A track record of launching award-winning innovations with measurable impact.
Deep understanding of consumer behavior, digital engagement, and the evolving technology landscape.
Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to define KPIs and measure innovation success.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, translating complex concepts into compelling narratives.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Thesis operates using a flexible hybrid model, work occurs remotely two days/week and in the office three days/week.
