Front Office Coordinator - Third Coast Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
We are looking for a friendly, self-motivated, positive person, to assist in serving our patients. We strive to provide high quality patient care in a fast paced and efficient manner.
Primary responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining appearance and order of oral surgery office, patient scheduling and check in, insurance verification, data entry, and phone triage.
The job duties include greeting patients, answering phones, respond to and send email & faxes, gather information from patients upon patients' arrival, conduct patient insurance verifications, schedule and confirm appointments, receive patient payments, accurately record data in a database, coordinate with referring practices, as well as other administrative tasks.
Personal Requirements:
Education/Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working knowledge of computers for Microsoft Office, scheduling, insurance claims processing and records management.
- Dental experience preferred.
Hours:
- Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 4:45pm
- Fridays 7:30am to 12:30pm
