The Role
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by providing best-in-class customer service, maintaining exceptional product knowledge, and ensuring that our stores are always well-presented.
- Develop strong relationships with customers, communicate effectively, and identify selling opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of product selections, core styles, and inventory availability.
- Stay up-to-date with brand history, events, and projects to provide expert advice to customers.
- Identify and capitalize on selling opportunities, process shipments and transfers efficiently, and maintain accurate stock levels.
The Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in luxury retail or customer service environment.
- Ability to build relationships with clients and source new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in client relationship management, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Passion for representing the Thom Browne brand.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working autonomously and entrepreneurial.
- Additional language fluency a plus (Mandarin or Spanish preferred).
