THE ROLE
Employee Discount & Uniform
- Manage day to day administration of the Employee Discount policy and global uniform process
- Partner with the Demand Planning and Logistics teams on forecasting global uniform needs and distribution of all uniforms for the company
- Update Available-to-sell spreadsheet for employee personal orders on a monthly basis
- Process all global employee uniform and personal orders into SAP and maintain internal database with order details for tracking and auditing purposes
- Serve as first point of contact for employee uniform and personal order inquiries. Respond to requests in a timely manner, providing exemplary customer service to our internal customers, our employees
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance employee experience
Total Rewards
- Assist with preparing payroll when required
- Participate and complete Total Rewards projects and annual initiatives
- Support other HR team members with ad hoc projects
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent people skills; able to be diplomatic and treat everyone equally
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously
- Self-directed and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related subject preferred

- Competitive compensation. Salary range is $55,000 - $62,500 target bonus. Please note that compensation will be offered based on relevant skills and experience
