Leads a team of data analysts who focus on medication use, costs, and outcomes. Works closely with pharmacy leadership to identify data and metrics to meet Pharmacy's goals. Expected to be entrepreneurial and creative to provide cutting edge information. Must be a registered pharmacist in either Pennsylvania or New Jersey.

Strong understanding of relational database fundamentals.
Problem solving skills, including the ability to work independently and systematically to analyze complex problems, draw relevant conclusions, and successfully collaborate to devise and / or implement solutions effectively.
Established ability to manage multiple initiatives, shifting back and forth effectively among activities, to produce positive results in a dynamic and growing environment. Ability to pivot and re-prioritize as needed.
Understanding of healthcare data systems, such as EHRs, claims management, and clinical & operational databases is preferred.
Knowledge of Qlik, Tableau, Power BI or similar is preferred.
