- Oversee the daily operations of the food production facility, ensuring optimal efficiency and adherence to strict quality standards.
- Be able to have flexibility with work hours depending on business needs.
- Implement robust quality control measures to maintain the highest levels of product quality and safety.
- Understand, and ensure compliance with all USDA standards for operating a safe and compliant production plant.
- Demonstrate a commitment to achieving company objectives in sales fulfillment, service, product quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and exceptional work environment.
- Provide direction and guidance to the production team to ensure recipes are updated and executed appropriately.
- Attempt to resolve all internal and external concerns when they arise.
- Oversee the maintenance activities for the production facility, establish and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule.
- Oversee all aspects of our Portland production facility, including production, supply chain management, and relations.
- Act as a contact for all orders
- Provide timely information and quality service.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.

- Present regular reports to ownership on facility performance and challenges.
- Prepare all required paperwork, including forms, reports, and schedules in a timely and organized manner.
- Know and comply consistently with all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs as outlined in the TKMM operations manual.
- Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with all USDA standards for operating a safe and compliant production plant.
