We are seeking an experienced and organized Dental Office Business Administrator to help oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dental office administration, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient service. MUST HAVE AT LEAST 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN A DENTAL PRACTICE.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee daily office operations, including scheduling, billing, and patient records management
✅ Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff
✅ Ensure compliance with dental regulations and insurance policies
✅ Manage patient communication, appointments, and financial arrangements
✅ Handle insurance claims, verification, and billing processes
✅ Monitor office budgets, expenses, and revenue goals
✅ Implement office policies and procedures for efficiency and compliance
✅ Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and assistants to optimize workflow
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurance processes, and billing
Proficiency in dental office software (MacPractice, Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar)
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of HIPAA and OSHA regulations
High school diploma required
