The Role
As a Host at American Taproom, you will be the face of our restaurant, welcoming guests with a warm smile and creating a positive first impression. You will ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our valued guests.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times.
- Effectively communicate with the service team to coordinate table assignments and ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Provide guests with information about the restaurant, menu offerings, and promotions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment.
- High school diploma required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for up to 10 hours per day, and lift up to 40 pounds.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
