We are actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our part-time cleaning crew to clean buildings in Covington and Mandeville. This opportunity is perfect for those looking to supplement their primary income with work in the commercial cleaning industry.
Compensation and Shifts Available
We pay our team every Friday, every two weeks, via direct deposit or check. Additional information about this job can be seen below:
- Monday through Friday
- 10 to 15 hours per week
- 2 to 3 hours per day
- $14.00 per hour
- Shift starts at 5pm or 6pm (depends on account or trainer)
- Compensated travel between accounts at $0.665 per mile
- Additional weekend work is available

Your Role and Responsibilities
As part of our team, you'll perform a variety of tasks to keep our clients' premises immaculate. The list below outlines the core tasks that most of our accounts require.
- Trash removal - changing trash can liners, taking large trash bags and empty boxes to a dumpster
- Dusting – detailed dusting of desks, light fixtures, baseboards, cobwebs, windowsills
- Restroom cleaning - cleaning sinks, toilets, scouring inside toilet bowls, replacing paper products
- Kitchen cleaning - cleaning exterior of appliances, tabletops, countertops, replacing paper products
- Floor cleaning - mopping floors with string mops, flat mops, or floor machines
- Carpet cleaning - vacuuming carpet areas and rugs using an upright vacuum or backpack vacuum
- Equipment - operate upright or backpack vacuums (10-11 lbs), maintain equipment, report damaged equipment
- Chemicals - learn to dilute chemicals, refill spray bottles, prepare mop buckets
While the core tasks for each account are typically the same, there are additional responsibilities that depend on the building that you will be cleaning.
- Remember alarm codes and be able to arm/disarm security systems
- Keep keys to accounts that you have been trained in
- Communicate when supplies are running low to either a supervisor or to the client
- Interact with clients or clean buildings with the client's personnel present
- Work with other team members for larger building or one-time jobs
Hiring Requirements
The buildings that we service have on-boarding requirements to receive security badges. The requirements to enter these buildings are as follows:
- Pass a 10 panel drug test
- Pass a background check spanning 7 years
- Possession of a personal vehicle
- Working personal cell phone
Training
We believe in equipping our team with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel. This phase of hiring includes a minimum of 20 hours of supervised hands-on training, covering our company operations, cleaning techniques, and equipment use.
